Texas Parks and Wildlife just hosted their 15th tracker evaluation at the Chaparral Wildlife Mgmt Area, May 18-19th, 2011.

We saw the tracks of 31 species, including 15 mammals, 5 birds, 3 herps, 7 invertebrates, and a strange looking truck tire track.  Some of the highlights were badger and mole cricket tracks, as well as the tracks of a bobcat.  More than 140 TPWD employees have now gone through the certification.
