East Texas Certification 11/30/2005

Published on November 30, 2005 under Certifications

Texas Parks and Wildlife hosted Mark Elbroch to conduct a Tracker Certification in East Texas. This was one of the first ever Tracking Certifications conducted in North America. Over 20 biologists were tested and 6 received certificates. This certification was part of an effort by Texas Parks and Wildlife to improve their animal tracking skills needed for a river otter monitoring project.

Great job to everyone that participated.
